These diagnostic skills apply to the entire HVAC system and not simply the primary component.
A Service Technician must possess strong listening and communication skills. All Service Technicians should be able to listen to what a homeowner has to say and understand exactly what their expectations are. A Service Technician should then be able to respond to the homeowner in clear, non-technical language that answers the homeowner's questions and presents clear solutions to their problems.
Service Technicians keep current on changes in the industry. Things like: new equipment, equipment modifications, new service techniques, new tools, and other important industry changes. Every Service Technician is expected to share newfound information with fellow associates and occasionally teach new information to junior technicians.

* No DUI's last 3 yrs
